Yoga for Stress & Anxiety

We all suffer from anxiety and stress. This workshop will give you the tools to counteract and prevent stress and anxiety. We will explore the cause and effects of stress in the body and mind, and how to use yoga to find peace and support from within. 

In this workshop we will study:

  • How to observe our thoughts

  • Soothe our nervous systems

  • Care for our minds and bodies

  • Approach feelings with mercy

  • Focus on life-affirming thoughts

  • Stay in the present moment

  • Enjoy the goodness of life

  • Gentle and Restorative movements to calm the body and mind ***

Family Yoga

Saturday, 11am-12pm

All levels and ages come together to enjoy an hour family yoga class that will focus on playful poses, engaging games, breath techniques and a family savasana. Class is geared towards children ages 3-8 years old. Caregivers must be present and participate in class. Older siblings are welcome to participate as well. This workshop will bring the family together for a fun and healthy activity that everyone can benefit from this holiday season. Please contact studio with names and ages of family members attending.

Yoga for Beginners, 4 Week Series

Mondays, 7-8pm


New to yoga or want to break down the poses and hone your skills? This 4 week intro series is the perfect place to start! Learn the fundamental poses and practices of yoga in a small setting while receiving valuable assistance, allowing the freedom to ask questions and gain confidence. Minimum number of students needed to hold series.

  • Classes held January 27, February 3, 10, and 17 from 7-8 pm
